Last updated: 21 October 2026

Who we are

Spooky Colouring World is provided by Spooky Colour Sheets ("we", "us"). When you use the site or buy a pack, you are contracting with Spooky Colour Sheets.

Accepting these terms

By using the site you agree to these terms. If you buy on behalf of a school or organisation, you confirm you are allowed to do so. Purchases must be made by an adult (18+).

What we provide

An online Halloween colouring activity for children with free sheets and paid packs: the Spooky Pass and the Classroom & Party Pack, which unlock additional colouring sheets and printables.

Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the sheets you have unlocked for personal use, or for the Classroom & Party Pack, to print copies for up to 35 children in your class or event. You may not resell, redistribute or republish the artwork.

Acceptable use

Intellectual property

We own the site, its software, artwork and branding. Pictures you colour in are yours to keep and share for personal use.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Service level

We work hard to keep the site running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
